About Sally Robb…

.

“The Blessed Mother has a single purpose. It is the purpose for which she was born and the purpose for which she lived: to give birth to Christ in our world…and in our hearts.”

~ Sally Robb

Sally Robb earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her Masters degree in theology from the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest.

She is currently completing her Master of Theological Studies with the University of Dallas, Institute of Religious and Pastoral Studies.

In addition to her co-hosting duties for Mary’s Touch, Sally hosts Thread of Grace, an online Catholic program updated three times weekly on Catholic International Radio.

Sally has taught RCIA, religious formation, and youth ministry classes in parishes and elementary and parochial high schools in the Diocese of Austin for 20 years. Her course specialties include moral theology, philosophy, ethics, and social justice in Christian life. She has also conducted seminars as well as training sessions for adult and family counselors on John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. From 2006 through 2008, she taught theology, math, history, and science for grades 2 through high school at Annunciation Family Academy, a home-school cooperative at St. John Neumann Parish. Sally currently serves as Director of Religious Education for the youth of St. John Neumann.

In 2006, Sally debuted on Catholic radio as the co-host of Morning Air, a three-hour morning talk show that reached 500,000 listeners daily through a network of Relevant Radio affiliates. As the Director of Formation at Relevant Radio, she composed and recorded Scripture meditations and also served as co-producer of many of the programs. Her responsibilities included directing Beyond the Broadcast. Additionally, she was charged with directing the continuing faith formation for Relevant Radio associates and staff, and she worked with the Development Department in cultivating donor relations.

“Let her do what her heart longs to do…

bring us to her Son’s Sacred Heart.”

~ Sally Robb

Sally and her husband, Brad, have six children, ages 7 to 26. Her background includes a stint as a hospice chaplain. She has written articles for a variety of Catholic publications and is an inspiring speaker at conferences and retreats across the country. Her greatest spiritual gift is her ability to open people’s minds and hearts to our Lord. We have heard her say more than once that as Jesus hung on the Cross, he spoke each of our names. Her passion for the Beloved has brought many back to His Church.
