• Michael Ford heads the Our Lady’s Rosary Makers International ministry. The organization was founded in 1949 by Xaverian Brother Sylvan Mattingly, C.F.X. on the premise that he would teach people to make rosaries and distribute them freely to missionaries.
• The Rosary Makers made over 10 million chain rosaries in the first 10 years. In the last 65 plus years probably tens of thousands of volunteers have made over 200 million rosaries around the world.
• Michael discusses how his devotion to Mary started and how he passed it on to his children. His mother always called him to pray. As he says, “from play to pray”. He encourages families to pray the rosary at any time.
